ABOUT ME
My passion is to help people feel more connected to themselves and others. I work from a foundation of empathy and unconditional positive regard. I strongly believe that kids, teens, parents are doing the best they can.
Using Emotion Focused Family Therapy, CBT, play therapy, sand tray, DBT and somatic approaches, I strive to support each client towards healthy growth.
I use a trauma-informed lens and strive to be anti-racist. I operate from a model of inclusion.
