Learn about your options

  • Help for individuals and families struggling with anxiety. This includes interventions for school avoidance, rigidity, fearfulness, irritability, perfectionism, and even aggression.

  • Ouf bodies and brains do the best they can to keep us safe and functioning. Sometimes the ways we once kept safe are no longer helpful and we want new patterns. Together, we can find the new patterns that work for you.

  • Neurodivergent kids deserve time to focus on well-being, too! Counselling can be a space to learn what a regulated nervous system feels like.

    Gifted, autistic, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, all are welcome.

  • Sometimes parents feel disconnected from their kids, like they’ve lost influence and connection. We can work to build a strong attachment between you and your child.

  • Life can be unpredictable and chaotic. Counselling offers individuals and families the space to feel their grief and acknowledge the loss while also noticing what remains and accessing hope.

  • Learn about the window of tolerance and how kids become dysregulated due to stress. This can look like defiance or fear or complete shutdown. When we realize that people are doing the best they can, our approach can shift to meet the needs.

  • Some children are more sensitive than others. They may feel pain more intensely, along with their other feelings: fear, worry, anger, loneliness. Viewing these children through a compassionate lens, allows us to use their strengths to build new skills of communicating.
